Grade 7 ScienceTerm Project

Grade 7 Science 313 and 309 have a term project due on February 26th.They can choose between doing one of the design challenges on page 62-63 in their science book or a science fair project. The design challenge choices are 1) A Water Purification System, 2) A Recycling System for Plastic, Glass, Metal and Paper or 3) A Mechanical Soil and Gravel Separator. Please follow the design criteria for each project. If students choose to do a science fair project, they are to follow the guidelines for science fairs found in the folowing link:http://stas.edu.pe.ca/english/sub.cfm?section+science This link will also provide ideas for science fair projects. The SIS Science Fair will be on March 10th at the SIS Gym. The Provincial Science Fair is on March 30th at UPEI. Any student who wishes to do a science fair project must pass in their proposal from to Mrs. Caissy by January 29th. All projects (Design Challenge or Science Fair) must be in to Mrs. Caissy on or before February 26th. :)
