The next help class for science will be on Friday, June 4th. Bring your notes and science book to room 313 for 12:45 pm.

Grade 7 Science Quiz

Science 313 and 309 will have a quiz on Monday, June 7th.
The quiz will cover the following sections of the science book: 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.6. A review will be completed in class to help students prepare for the quiz.

Complete the questions for the DVD Food Web. Question sheet is due on Tuesday, June 1st.

Grade 8 science Homework

Science 205 and 206 are to complete questions on page 227 #'s 1, 3, 4 and 7 for class on Wednesday, May 26th.

Grade 9 Science Quiz

Science 106 will have a quiz on Thursday, May 27th
Science 105 will have a quiz on Friday, May 28th

The quiz will cover Chapter 6- sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.9 and section 7.9 from Chapter 7.
A review was completed in class today to help students prepare for the quiz.

Grade 8 Science

Science 205 and 206 have completed the unit on Optics. This week they have started the last unit in the grade 8 curriculum, Water Systems.

Grade 7 Science Quiz

Science 313 and Science 309 will have a quiz on Thursday, May 13th.
This is the last quiz in the Heat Unit. The quiz will cover the following sections of the book; 2.14, 2.15, 2,16, and 2.22. A review will be done in class to help students prepare for the quiz.

Science 206 Field Trip

Science 206 will go on their first field trip for the adopt a river project tomorrow, Wednesday May 5th. Students are to go to the bus doors after homeroom. They will return to school before recess. Students are asked to wear approporiate clothing and sneakers or rubber boots. No cameras or cell phones please.
