Science 300 Test

Science test is tomorrow.
Today we completed and corrected a review sheet. Students who have questions after studying tonight can see Mrs. Caissy tomorrow before class for help.

Tonight review and study for your test on Thursday.
Come to class Wednesday with any questions you may have. A review sheet will be done in class Wednesday to help students prepare for the test.

Science 300 Quiz

Students will have a test on Thursday, September 16th.
The quiz will cover science safety including: hazardous materials, WHMIS, MSDS, laboratory equipment, safety rules and scientific method.

Today we worked on MSDS and reviewed laboratory equipment. A quiz on science safety will be scheduled for later next week. Details will be posted soon.

Welcome

Welcome back to a new school year.
This year in Science 300 we will be using the textbook Nelson Science 9. The first unit we will study is Matter. Each student has been given a course syllabus which outlines details for the course including expectations, evaluation etc.

I am looking forward to teaching your child this semester. By working together, it will be a successful semester in science.
