Currently we are working on imperial measurements, particularly inches and yards, converting inches to feet, feet to yards, reading a measuring tape and estimating measurements.

Homework for tonight is to complete the terms on the Chapter 9 review sheet. Terms are due for class on Tuesday, May 3rd.

Students will have a test, Wednesday, May 4th.
The test is on Chapter 9 Electrostatics covering the following sections: 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 9.8, 9.10 and 9.11. A review will be done in class to help students prepare.

Math 431

Tests were returned to students today.
The next unit is on measurement. In the first part of the unit, students will learn and apply both the imperial and metric systems of measurement.

We are working on the Unit Getting Paid for Work. We will finish the section on Net Pay this week and then move on to a very short section on Other Forms of Income. Students will have a test on these two sections Thursday, April 21st.
